1) Upon sending my order, I did not receive a confirmation in my email. What should I do;
After checking that you have entered your e-mail correctly and that you have correctly followed all the steps required to send your order, please contact us at 210 6895020 or email: email@example.com.
2) If a product I have ordered is finally not available what should I do?
Our company and the manager of our online store will do everything possible to find and send you all the products you have ordered. Sometimes, however, some things are finished and the repositories have not had time to be updated. If the product is no longer available we will contact you to inform you and give you alternative suggestions.
3) If something doesn’t work for me can I change it?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. In the event that something does not work for you or is not as you imagined it, you can change it, with some other kind. All you have to do is let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org , noting the reason (size change, defect, etc.) and the product code as well as the product code you want us to send you to replacing it.
4) Within how many days can I make a refund?
Changes must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase. Any exchange must be accompanied by the receipt or exchange card and the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. Changes are made to products that are on sale but not to products that are on sale.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
5) Is there a refund?
