Right to enter into a distance purchase contract

All products come with an identification tag that is attached to the product with disposable plastic. Do not remove the tag or plastic from the products you purchased if you wish to return them.
In case you decide to exercise the right to return purchased products, Chronasaccessories.gr reserves the right not to accept returned products without the corresponding tag or plastic or products whose original condition has changed or that have been damaged.
Chronasaccessories.gr has taken due care in preparing the content of this website, mainly to ensure that the prices listed are correct at the time of publication and that all products are correctly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the products or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices published include VAT for countries where VAT is applicable. The price for products that you order and we accept will be that shown on the pricing page of the website at the time you place your order. Discount codes or coupons can be used on products that are not already on sale.

Errors in the order
You can correct any errors in your order yourself up to the point where you click “SUBMIT ORDER” on the last page of the ordering process on this website.
Shipping & delivery costs
Products are normally shipped within 48 hours of ordering for products that are in stock or within seven days for an item that is temporarily out of stock (subject to availability). All delivery charges will be clearly stated on your order and will include insurance. You will be notified by e-mail of any delays in your order and you will have the option of a partial shipment if possible.
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery postal address on your order as we are not responsible for packages lost due to being sent to an incorrect or incomplete address through no fault of ours. Please click here for shipping information.
Our goal is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right to return the products you purchased within fourteen (7) days from the date of receipt of the Returns Authorization Number (RAN) from Chronasaccessories.gr.
All return shipping costs, with the exception of returns due to defective products and/or products shipped in error, are your responsibility. Chronasaccessories.gr will cover all shipping costs for defective products and products sent by mistake. In the latter case all products will be sent using only the carrier General Post.
If your order was not charged with cash on delivery and shipping costs, because it was above the respective minimum order limit, then you will deduct from the amount of the refund, the amount of 2 Euro for the cash on delivery service, if used, and 3 Euros for transport. In this way, Chronasaccessories.gr will not incur costs when the customer decides not to keep his purchases. If even one item is kept from the order, there will be no charge for those returned.
To make a return you must:
Request a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) within 7 days of receiving your order online by completing the online form in the Returns section of Help. All returned products should have a RAN. Products not identified with a RAN may be returned to sender.
Arrange with a transport company that will pick up the package. You can return the products by sending the package through the transport company with which Chronasaccessories.gr cooperates (General Post) or through another transport company. We prefer that you return goods to us via General Post so that they are protected and insured in transit. However, you can return the products to us in any secure way. Chronasaccessories.gr does not guarantee the safety or insurance of products returned through other transport companies than General Post and may not assume responsibility for the specific products. Return Terms and Conditions
For it to be considered that you have correctly exercised the right to return products, you must fully meet the following conditions:
Request a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) within 7 days of receiving your order online by completing the online form in the Returns section of Help. Please note that RANs requested after 7 days of order delivery are assigned at the discretion of Chronasaccessories.gr.
The electronic Returns Form must be completed and the order sent within fourteen (7) days from the day you receive the Returns Authorization Number (RAN) from Chronasaccessories.gr.
Products must not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and the identification tag along with all designer fabric tags must be attached to the product. All products sold by Chronasaccessories.gr are accompanied by an identification tag attached with disposable plastic. We remind you to try on the products you have purchased without removing the tag or plastic, as we do not accept returns if they are not in the same condition as they were delivered to you. For hygiene reasons, earrings and beauty products (cosmetics, perfumes and make-up products) are not returnable under any circumstances.
Products must be returned complete and unused, in their original packaging. Where supplied, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, protective cases, leather tags, designer boxes and jewelery boxes should also be returned as they are considered part of the product. If the returned product boxes are damaged, your return may not be accepted.
Returned products must be returned to Chronasaccessories.gr within fourteen days (7) from the day you received the Returns Authorization Number (RAN) from Chronasaccessories.gr. Products that are returned after the fourteen (7) day period from the order delivery date will only be accepted at the discretion of Chronasaccessories.gr and will only be compensated with a credit for a future purchase of another product.
If you are returning more than one item from the same order, you should send them all at once: Chronasaccessories.gr does not accept multiple returns from the same order, with the products being sent at different times.
Discount products or products where a discount coupon has been used when purchasing them cannot be returned for money but only for points credit towards the purchase of our other products.
If you meet all of the above requirements, Chronasaccessories.gr will refund you the full amount of the value of the purchased products that you returned, except for the shipping costs (excluding the case of Defective Products) which we will withhold to cover the cost of the original shipment. In case the returned products are not accepted, you will be notified by Chronasaccessories.gr. In this case, you can choose to e.purchase the products from Chronasaccessories.gr at your own expense. If you refuse the above delivery, Chronasaccessories.gr reserves the right to keep the products and the amount you pay to buy the products.
If you received a product as a gift, you can exchange it for another product by crediting it to your Chronasaccessories.gr account (you must enter your details). The amount will be automatically deducted from your next purchase and the credit will be valid for one year. Please keep in mind that you may have to pay some cost difference, additional shipping charges, taxes and duties. Corporate gifts can only be returned by the original purchaser within seven business days of original receipt.
Products must be returned within fourteen (7) days from the day you received the Returns Authorization Number (RAN) from BChronasaccessories.gr. Products returned after the fourteen (7) day period from the date the RAN was sent to you will only be accepted at the discretion of Chronasaccessories.gr and will only be compensated with a credit for a future purchase of another product. In addition, RANs requested after 7 days of order delivery will also be assigned at the discretion of Chronasaccessories.gr.
Safety and Disposable Attachment Plastic
All products sold by BChronasaccessories.gr include an identification tag, which is attached with a safety pin or disposable plastic. Please try the products without removing the tag and safety or plastic. Products that are returned without the tag and security or plastic damaged, are not accepted.
You should be careful when handling the jewelry and try it on without removing the identification tag attached to it with the disposable safety. All jewelery must be returned in its original, undamaged box and protective case (if applicable) as it is considered part of the product. Jewelry returned without their boxes or in damaged boxes may not be accepted and returned to the customer. For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears are not returnable under any circumstances.
All complaints will be dealt with in good faith. Products are classified as defective if they have been damaged upon receipt. Please note that products that are damaged due to use and wear are not considered defective. All products with an obvious manufacturing defect will be replaced or refunded. However, we reserve the right, in the event of disputed complaints, to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection to determine whether the complaint is genuine. We will keep the customer informed of the progress of their complaint. The process can take up to 30 days.
A product will be treated as defective only if it has the Chronasaccessories.gr security and all labels intact, as originally sent by the company. In case the fuses of the product are broken or altered this will not be accepted as defective.
If you wish to exchange a defective product, please note that we can only replace it with the same product of the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty products.
You can resize products for free. The costs of return shipping and shipping of the new product are borne by the customer. We exchange all products as long as they are returned to us unworn and in perfect condition, with their original packaging intact within 7 days from the date of shipment. To exchange a product, simply specify the new size you want when requesting the RAN and follow the returns instructions above. Please note that we only offer size changes. If you wish to exchange the product you purchased for another of a different type or style, we recommend that you exchange it with a credit towards a future purchase and purchase the new product separately. No returns are made on special orders (ie products that are specially ordered by a customer and are not normally available). Please ensure that high value items are returned by registered post and are insured. We are not responsible for loss in transit of returned products.
Once Chronasaccessories.gr has received the products and checked that they meet all the requirements for return, you will receive an email informing you that the products have been accepted. The value of the product will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or Chronasaccessories.gr account less shipping costs (with the exception of defective products or products shipped in error), which we withhold to cover shipping costs.
Regardless of the payment method you used (Credit or Debit Card, Cash on Delivery), the refund process begins 30 days after Chronasaccessories.gr informed you of your decision to exercise your right to return the products you purchased and after Chronasaccessories.gr. gr checked that the return was made in accordance with the above conditions. The refund period for the amount you paid to buy the products you returned depends on the payment method you used:
Credit or Debit Card Refund time depends on the policy of the company that issued your card.
Refund The amount you paid for the returned products will be refunded to the bank account requested. The time it takes for a refund depends on the information you provided in your order. Usually the money is returned within a month. Please note that it is necessary to have a bank account in order to receive a refund for orders paid by Cash on Delivery. If your order has been shipped to a destination within the EU, all applicable sales taxes will be refunded to you. For destinations outside the EU, duties and sales taxes are not refunded by Chronasaccessories.gr. Try contacting your local customs directly and as long as you provide them with all the return receipts they should probably get your taxes refunded. The costs of collecting the cash on delivery and any costs of depositing or transferring funds to our account will be charged to the customer and deducted from the amount to be credited.
All orders must be accepted by us and are subject to availability. Chronasaccessories.gr offers for sale products that are available for shipment from our distribution center. Occasionally, however, we may wait for shipments from our suppliers. Therefore, from time to time you may have the opportunity to Pre-Purchase certain items. This ensures that you will get the specific product as a priority once the designer’s merchandise is delivered to Chronasaccessories.gr. Chronasaccessories.gr only accepts Advance Purchase orders for merchandise scheduled for delivery by a designer/supplier. Your rights regarding Advance Purchase are the same as for any other purchase you make through Chronasaccessories.gr; alternatively, you can simply choose to provide your email address to be notified of the arrival of selected merchandise that is not available . Items collected are first reserved for customers who have Prepaid and Pre-Purchased, and who will receive them in priority over customers who are on a Wait List or who place orders for immediate delivery through the Site. Please note that we may not be able to deliver selected prepaid merchandise due to production problems or quality control issues identified when we receive an order. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund the Prepayment to your credit card within thirty days of the day we informed you of the unavailability of the product. If you have provided your email address to be notified of the arrival of specific products featured on our website, we will endeavor to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the website. Please note that sometimes some products that are in particularly high demand will have sold out within this time. The prices displayed on the website are in EUROS and include VAT unless the customer has chosen a different country, as shown in the upper right corner of the website. All prices and offers remain valid as posted from time to time. A product will be charged at the price in Euros displayed on the website at the time of acceptance of the order. The final price for international customers is calculated according to the exchange rate in effect on the date your credit card company processes the transaction
Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
If you have given us your e-mail address, we will notify you as soon as possible by e-mail to confirm that we have received your order and we will notify you again by e-mail or telephone to confirm that we accept your order. This email does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order will not be accepted if we notice material errors in the prices listed on our website. If you have not provided us with your email address, the order confirmation page at the end of the ordering process on our website will be confirmation that we have received your order. There will be no communication until you receive confirmation from us that your order has been accepted and then we will charge your credit or debit card after first checking your credit or debit card details. If there are any changes to the information you have given us, you must inform us as soon as possible. At the point where we ship the products, the agreement for the sale by us and the purchase by you of the products will be drawn up and this agreement will be drawn up at the point from which we inform you that your order has been accepted by e-mail or verbally by telephone. In the event that we charge your card and find substantial errors in the order, we reserve the right to refund the money to your card and cancel the order. Payment will be charged and taken from your account as soon as Chronasaccessories.gr receives your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card you are using is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validity and authorization checks by the card issuer. If the institution that issued your card refuses to give Chronasaccessories.gr authorization for payment, we will not be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery. We make every reasonable effort to make our website as secure as possible. All credit card transactions on this website are processed by Eurobank. Chronasaccessories.insures every purchase during the entire period of transport and until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for the products you receive and from this point you are responsible for the products you have purchased.
You can cancel or modify any order you place from the Chronasaccessories.gr website, provided that your order has not yet entered the shipping process stage. If you are registered with Chronasaccessories.gr and have created an account, please visit the “My Orders” section in My Account. Press the corresponding button to select your order.
